That looks a lot bigger than any of the footage I have ever seen from "Jaws" in Hawaii. Beautiful Photography though. Do you hit shit like that on your board Julia? That would be a nice sight. Meow.

That reminded me of a picture that I saw at the Art Gallery in San Jose. They were having an exhibit on art in surfing and one of the display's was a photo of Laird Hamilton surfing a 70 footer in Tahiti. The picture had a better close up than of the one below. But I remember being amazed at wave this guy was taking on. The caption recounted how Laird wept after the ride as he literally thought that he was going to die that day.
