The only one who knows is the sp. Find one you want to see. Ask her what she provides (if it is not in her ad/site)

Don't worry about what those terms are supposed to mean or might mean, because they are meaningless. The only thing that matters is the specific items the sp you actually see is offering, what her rate is and what her rate includes.
