Here is one example. Go to the top right corner, and hold your cursor over the HP logo.

People can be very computer illiterate and still drive a browser around in this site. Give me anyone between the age of 10 (well actually 18 I guess) and 70 and within 15 minutes tops they should be able to turn on the PC, and navigate around PERB (I would launch a browser at startup with https://perb.cc as the home page). I might need 20 minutes if we want them to be able to do a search.
