Access forbbiden, 403 error

Hey is anyone else getting this error, When I try to access perb with ie 7 i have a 403 error code. Seems to work fine with netscape. any ideas?

I'm IE 7 as well - no issues

Yes. I have experienced the 404 error.

I have already PM'd the Mod yesterday, and he replied that he tested 2 PCs with IE7 and had no problems. I tested it with 2 PCs in two locations quite distant from one another and had the problem in each case, so I am using Firefox instead with no difficulty. There were updates to IE7 I applied a couple of days ago, so that may be the source, but..... Maybe it has to do with the combination of IE7 and Shaw cable internet? I am not a techie so no clue on my part. Anyone with ideas?

Security settings? Clear your cookies? Clear temporary files? Firewall installed? Lot's of reasons.

IE7 works fine here, through an office firewall.

IE7 works with me at both work (not that I surf PERB at work or anything ;')) and at home

I get that message if I try to get into the sparectory. I`ve done everything I can think of to fix it but nothing has worked.
So either my server cannot read the site or something about the site doesn`t agree with my browser. I have never had this problem with any other site, and I have gone to lots of naughty places, so I think it is an issue with perb.

I had problems when I used the google add on . It promised to speed up web browsing. It seemed to ,but caused me problems with some interactive sites ie. sites I needed to log on to.

error 403 access forbidden

Yes I had this too. It said I had tried to log on 5 times unsuccessfully. This was not the case, or at least it wasn't actually me. ?
I did get an email from perb (webmaster ?) giving me the IP address of the person trying to log on as Lefty but I have no clue what to do with that.

I had to back-door link to get back in.
