A very upsetting experience in Calgary

It’s my second time visiting Calgary and I’ve always had a really positive experience until tonite. I received a man at my hotel for what we had agreed to be an hour appointment. We sit down and talk a little, he seemed quit normal. After 15 minutes of chit chatting he wasn’t pulling out any envelop so asked him if he had a little something for me. He said that that’s what he was here for to tell me that things don’t really work like that here in Calgary, independent girls can’t work as freely as I had imagined. Unless I could give him a name of someone in the club from Montreal (whatever that means) I would have problems for my next tour. Needless to tell you that I kicked him out and pushed the door on his butt! I’d like to know if it’s the norm here? Are the providers paying protection?? I’ve never heard of such thing in my entire ‘career’. It’s not going to deter me from coming back but from now on, I’m sure you guys will understand that I now require references or proof of employment.

I was so mad that some dude would try to hussle me in my own hotel room!
He didn't not appear like a ganster of any type; I would have picked up on it. I think he was looking for free action, simple as that. I saw on another board that he tried paying in pesos??. I guess it wasn't the first time he was trying to play some games. He might try to create some trouble next time I tour to Calgary but I'll just screen better or stay home

I'll assume that this guy is asking for you to give him a name of an HA club member from Montreal as they do alot of business there...they are just trying to scare you away....Obviously if he never came back h is a nobody trying to be somebody.....just my .02.....I had this sort of thing happen to me when I opened an agency this past summer...they made my life hell..my life was threatened then my 2y/o sons...Threatening me is one thing but my son is another...I finally closed down ..have not heard a peep since....

this guy sounds like an cheap asshole who thought he was smarted than he actually is. perhaps a pimp candidate but i think just a fuckin jerk who tried to muscle you by pretending to be someone he was not.

i am sure that if this was the norm in calgary it would have come up on this board long ago. you were lucky he was just a stupid jerk and not a violent one...but the warning is good for all the ladies out there..perhaps next time this ass will be more persistant and perhaps violent.
