A question about agencies in general

I'll never understand how it seems like 80 - 85% of all the SPs in agencies are B-cupped. A couple C's, perhaps, but mainly just a bunch of arty photography that I'm not finding to be a valid option to the toxic, worthless, craigslist-worthy scam-land that is LL.
