I certainly appreciate your kind words...I'm sure the questions you are refering to were posed because people are concerned when something different comes along...in time, everyone who chooses to talk with us will find that we are simply trying to conduct ourselves in a fair and service oriented way.I have to commend you Sydnee on your professional manner in dealing with a couple of rudely worded questions towards your new venture!
You could have turned it into another cat fight, but you didn't and I am impressed by that.
Some of the other SPs could take lessons from you on how to conduct themselves like a classy, intelligent Service Provider in a public forum.(maybe you should put on a seminar)
