Hi guys,

I am planning to buy a female Teddy Bear Toy Poodle, and other than Kijjiji, I can't find any other local sites where you can contact local breeders. Also, the Pet Store at Richmond Center stopped selling dogs for some reason.

So does anyone know of any great sites or places I that I can look for Toy Poodles?

Much help is appreciated!

Wow I never knew that! I was thinking of visiting the one in Metrotown, but I guess I'll pass.

Is Kijjiji the only great online place to buy dogs in vancouver? The only problem with that, is there are very few breeders that are selling female toy poodles.

I just got my Italian grey hound crossed with a terrier from puyallup Washington. They are a non uthinization clinic and have tonnes of amazing dogs.

It was well worth the drive, these pets need homes. :)
Check them out! With a little snooping you can find their phone number! Good luck finding your new family member!

Try to find a breeder and get to know them first. Find out how many times the mother has had pups, relative health of her pups and any particular health issues. Find out if there is a health guarantee for X number of years. Once you find a breeder you feel you can trust, sign up for a puppy and visit your pup for the first 8 weeks before bringing it home.

Like many have said already there are puppy mills operating out there and it is really best to know your breeder. Otherwise your puppy may have life long illnesses and not only is it costly but can be really an uncomfortable life for the dog.

Here is a link to CKC registered Toy Poodles and their breeders in Canada.
