A Door Closes - A Door Opens & Opportunity Knocks
Fairwell to Scarlett & Introducing Newbie Pheonix @ V.I.P.
One of the saddest parts of my job is loosing a lady, whether it be to a new career, a move to another city, or retirment from the biz all together,
its always a heartbreaker. All my co-workers are like "my kids" - so as happy as I am to see them take steps towards their dreams and see their
futures evolve into the bright shining stars they deserve - its still a little sad to know I am going to miss their quirky antics and beautiful smiles on a daily basis.
The only thing that makes it a little easier is that sometimes they come back, and even if they don`t, for the most part they always stay in touch
with phone calls and email. Though new girls come along bringing their own funny stories and ways of making us smile,
its always a sad day when we loose a V.I.P. and Fucktabulouse day when a new one starts her journey.
With that being said - I have some Sad and Glad News @ V.I.P. this weekend.
V.I.P. Scarlett has graced us with her presence since her debut at our V.I.P. Summer Party
"A Midsummer Nights Dream" in June 2009. We knew then that we had a wild one joining our
group - as she popped her cherry infront of 20 on lookers with Ms.Gerri eating her out (right
beside the buffett table to boot). She found her way into the harts of a few pooners who
wrote the sweetest reviews of their time with this lovley lady - which could only
touch lightly on the woman we have grown to know and love as our fellow co-worker @ VIP.
Unfortunatly we have known for some time that ms.Scarlett is leaving us (and the Island)
to return to her childhood home of cold winters and blistering hot summers ... ahh - yes
we have been trying our best to remind her of her home away from homes "perfect weather"
- in hopes that she will one day return to our rainy little coastal island.
Alas the time has come to say good-by and we invite you to do the same with one last
roll in the hey with our lovley bell Scarlett...

Now for the good news...
One of the things that I am proud of at V.I.P. is our ability to take the time to teach and support
new ladies entering the business for the first time. We have a custom orientation process that
starts with an indepth interview to ensure the lady in question is really getting into this for all
the right reasons. From there we have one of our best and most experienced providers sit
down for a 2+ hour orientation that covers, how to start and end a call properly - condom saftey,
customer service, setting personal limits / boundries and how to deal with "bad" clients.
I know when someone starts off in the business for the first time at V.I.P. that they are
prepaired mentaly, emotionally and physically to provide the exceptional service that our ladies
are well known, respected and reviewed for.
Our newest V.I.P. is no exception to the rule - infact, her first two clients called and raved
about how amazing she was
and her first client came back the very next day to see her again!
I think we have found a fiery passionate soul in this newbie, and I am very proud to introduce
VICTORIA INDEPENDENT PROVIDER ~ PHEONIX
