I think the American public has a tough time believing that their government could perpetrate something that awful, so they just completely dismiss it from their mind and go on to other things. The problem is, everything that now affects their lives is predicated on what actually happened on 9/11. It is too convenient to take the easy way out and believe what the government told us, there is no research needed. I tend to side with the people who have spent years doing the research, and have a different version of what happened. The only way of finding out for sure is to have an independent investigation, that allows all new evidence to be brought forward, including video tape from the mainstream media of witnesses that were at the scene that day, that can now only be seen on YouTube. (Google it if you don't believe me) It's all there, you need to do a little work!

First of all, nobody here stupidly claimed that youtube is trustworthy. And you seem to be saying that 'Youtube et al' cannot be an academic source of information just because they're public-domain, free-for-all?

I don't think you've watched any good documentaries made by careful investigations and speculations by experts.

My friend, never did I outright dismiss alternative theories of 9/11 as you claim. All I am saying is that if you want to make a convincing case - for anything - imploring us to run to the internet (alone) won't cut it.

Dude, everyone is tough online. Have you ever seen anyone beg for mercy on here? Your basic choices are to get into it with him (which is the road I stupidly take cuz I.m not too crazy about people coming at me either), report him to the mods (I know this is what you're supposed to do, but even if I'm going at it with someone that would still me me feel like a little rat), or to put him on ignore.

What I will tell you is that Goldenrod is just having his version of having fun. Some have fun bantering with him, some get pissed off by taking him too seriously. Since you're one of the latter, maybe just put him on ignore and be done with it. If you think about it, it's not really a big deal. Just words on a screen dude.

someone is completely niave you are comparing blowing up mountains to buildings thats like comparing apples and oranges. I wonder how they would put someone so stupid in charge of something that dangerous I guess no loss if you get blown up. You ever even watched discovery channel before? when they demo buildings they plant the bombs in a way so that the building will colapse onitself with minimal damage to sorounding buildings. Do you think they just blast a building and blow the whole block up? it isn't like a mountain where your in the middle of no where and can blast rock which ever way it goes. The way the building colapsed there is no way a fire would make it fall that nicely and all at the same time its obviously a bomb . The fire wasn't even big enough or hot enough to melt the steel core. Anyways my concern is more with the us/canada going into a depression again than 9/11 . The war is just made for banks to make profit. The depression is made so that the banks can buy whatever they want for dirt cheap.

What do you think miners just stick tnt into a hole and blast it. They drill a rock face so the centre diamond goes first then the lifters and breast holes so it makes a nice smooth wall and roof.How do you think they make tunnels?You can carve rock in any shape with proper placement of holes and delay caps.A building the height of WTC would not come down like it did if explosives were placed at bottom. See we are exactly where they want use to be.. the small man really does not matter and it is not about a collapsing economy.. there is a bigger plan. and if it takes 200 years to put it in place then that what it ill take . When you consider how much one car bomb did to the basement of the trade tower's in Then they knew how much they had to use to blow out the basement levels.. and military explosives are a lot more powerfull then the the regular stuff.
If you look at most building that downed with a controlled demolition .. the basically free fall into a pile.

After the fact is is very easy to see how they brought them down.. it my seem unimaginable .. that some one would hatch such an idea .. My thought on ideas .. is that I can imagine it . a million other have already.
The purpose is unmistakable .. and that is all the things that have happened since the tower's fell.. Only such an event could so utterly blind the American people and the world to what was really going on.
I admit it i still don't know myself what is the big plan. because i don't keep up to date on every conspiracy theory out there.
I still don't know why some people think that because idea of allowing a terrorist attack and purposely demolishing two of the tallest buildings , and a economical powercenter.. sound so unbelievable.. and then berate anyone who think it could be true.. i personally don't think any one here is smarter then any one else , and when it comes to the info we have on the event .. we all have access to the same . And we can see that the faces don't add up to the official story , and there really are no answers to the question of all the "coincident " that allowed that to happen.
But what can we do .. if these things are going on in the dark recesses of our society..? I am just waiting for he next one.. and who will be the next enemy that we are suppose to be in arms against .. and for what reason..

that proved it exactly how it could had been done.. mick_ eight..you have explain very proficiently how to use explosives.. all in an attempt to to show that you know what you are talking about.. but you actually just showed that it could be done and how .. shaped charges.. delayed detonation... I think you could very easily tell use how to bring down the trade towers with explosives .. I am not making fun of you .. Please tell use how you would do it so that it would come down like it did

Think of it .. not one but the shock and awe of two planes ,, fire , smoke .. trapped people .. all the ca motion and confusion ... The last thing any one was expecting was for one of the building to actually fall. let alone two.. In fact I doubt that the territories thought that .. Honestly how many people did they think they could kill.. a few hundred that were in the area that was hit with the planes .. may be a few thousand trapped above .. but with out the buildings collapsing those would be rescued.. now with all the other coincident that keep a lot of people away that day.. and if it was not for some of the stupid people that said stay at your job.. there would had been only a few hundred people killed with just the planes hitting the buildings.. and the collapse but considering all the people that were there and they only had an hour to get out .. it is still a amazing that only 3000 or so died

Of course here is the other scenario .. consider for one moment that this was a allowed to happen for any number of reasons and i can name them off if i must.. But that people in the government allowed it .. to use as a method to get what they want to happen world wide..
So now you got this terrorist attack that has succeeded , you have the two trade towers standing in N Y city partly burned and are going to take billions to fix.. and a constant reminder to the American peoples that they are a failure. and can be defeated.
Well even the powers that be know that America is of more use when they rally around a cause.. that is the American way. that is why they had to plan on bring the towers down so the reminder was gone .. and the recovery and rebuilding cold start while they were off beating the crap out of the enemy.
That is America .. the only country in the world that takes defeat and turns it into victory it is all about the spin.

How about a name like David Schippers, the Chief Investigate Counsel for the House Judiciary, a Prosecutor, one of the most respected Lawyer in Washington representing countless agents throught the entire US, Committee Impeachment Hearing of Bill Clinton. Does this sound like an 'expert' enough to you? He was informed numerous times since five months before 9/11 that there would be an attack in lower Manhattan. He tried the best he could sending all the infomation he's got to get it approved in order to start investigation but never heard back from them once. Oklahoma was the exact same case. Some of the people who were already informed about Oklahoma attack and tried to investigate were even arrested. You'll hear his testimony and opinions about Oklahoma and 9/11 in a documentary called '9/11 The Road To Tyranny'.

The film maker of this documentary, Alex Jones, so strongly believes on how the evidences he has are leading towards and he has a habbit of throwing in little visual effects here and there which may give matured viewers some sense of bias. But since you're highly educated person I'm sure you'd know what to filter out and what to accept. Stick to the hard evidences he's got to offer. There're many many many shocking facts we never knew about.
I strongly recommend this video to anyone interested.

its not that hard to pull off you have huge jets crashing into a building you think the security is going to stay at there post? its easy to drive a van full of explosives into a building when you have a distraction like that. That or they could of wired the buidling during routine maintenance. There is no way the jet fire was big enough to take the building down and melt the steel core.
