it could be various people or the same people under diff identities. They usu wait for you to be on site then give you the room number. It’s pretty discrete. Walk from front door right to elevator. I don’t think it’s one “amp “ but rather indies with or without handlers.

I usually don't bother with hotels unless they are good like Yumi. I prefer apartments.
