I completely understand. Eventually I had to decide between my mental health and the ability to enjoy the remainder of my years. Not that I'm 'going any where' soon; but this stuff won't end. Guaranteed there will be something else come up in the next 6 months or so. Something else to get worked up about and it just keeps repeating. I'm just tired of it all and want the ability to sleep at night and have a bit of a life. Perhaps to some this sounds selfish (not saying you feel this way), but my being upset and letting this have an effect on me just doesn't help the situation and makes me miserable.
