my first experience with them was Haru ... and had number of good experience in the past. That makes me very sad. As a businessman i feel bad to witness the decline of others' business due to quality control issues. Also i do miss the good old days.
As a rule of business, it is always wise to send ur customer away by telling ur customer the product was not available or not up to standard, they will appreciate ur honesty and sure to return. However, one bad experience/product can ruin years of loyalty, unfortunately.

0090 used to have really good talent. Lately its has been poor. Seen Rosie 0090 and very mechanical. Looks ok but no repeat for me. Hope they get Ellice or Haru back.
