Very well said. Any girl who deserves a great review should be reviewed enthusiastically. This only helps to keep her in business which is good for you as well. If you just see the girl and don't review her thinking you can keep her for yourself, that will only come back to bite you in the ass.

From everything I've read, enthusiastic reviews, unless they are posted by long time members, are not only unwelcome, but are viewed with suspicion. While flagrantly shilling should be obvious and called out, a newbie writing a review that might be improved upon is often mobbed.

I beg to differ. I've only posted two reviews, both highly enthusiastic, and gotten nothing but compliments from the veterans on this board.

You are right. It is the way review is written that matters. I guess most veteran members are able to differentiate shill posts from genuine reviews so post count doesn't really matter. Although I do state that try to participate in discussions on the board as much as you can before you post a review so you have some kind of post count with some credible posts before you post your review. This will increase your chances that your review will be taken seriously.
