What do you mean by "punter"?

Just something feels off about these ads. No photos, 7 phone numbers on the paper. The letter I got earlier had 5 different phone numbers on it as well. Feels super sketchy to me and worry its something shady.

I was thinking about it but the review above made me think twice. Plus I cant seem to find any legit photos of them :(

I live at 728 Yates and twice in the last week I had a letter in my mailbox (with postage) saying there were 2 chinese women working 24/7. It says call or text then lists 8 (!) numbers to call or text. Was pretty shocked to get two letters about this. Was curious about seeing one of them but...
