I only got into this thread because overall tone was skepticism and negativity. I had seen her so I thought I'd give input. I do post full reviews, maybe I haven't got a chance yet to sit down for something that elaborate on this one, yet.

I like neutral skepticism, but I wouldn't default on negative cynicism. Sophie is thin for sure, but not unusually underweight for her height, she's not skin and bones, I'd say a girl like Mandy Harlowe is thinner than Sophie for her respective height, for reference, I consider Mandy border line...

I saw Sophie Rochelle less than a month ago, she was definitely thin. If you find her not that thin, you might be into skin and bones or anorexic women, nothing wrong with that, but I'd say the average person would say she's quite thin, unless she gained 15lbs over the last month.
