Not really, sure seems like those who are in her restrictions may be sending out false reviews to dissuade others from seeing her! But to be fair could also just have been a bad day for her when couldn’t provide good service for whatever reason?

The Jess actually is how her ad is. She posted again about an hr ago and those pics resemble quite closely what I recall when saw her twice in December. And not sure about the other ads & pics but think they could actually be her. Just maybe older pics or with baggy clothing!
