What's the context here?.. Why bring this up? Most of the threads I see get locked are for complaining about rates, too-heavy criticisms of certain providers, and then the basic "no extreme politicking" rules, no trolling or fighting, etc.

Best thing to do is get a piece of paper and pen, and start making you're own little 'black book', with names and numbers of those you KNOW to be legit providers.. or at least have a 'good feeling' they are. There will never be a perfect website that filters out all the scams and fakers...
