MP's vs Independents

I started pooning about a little over a year ago by going to some of the local MP's (who turned me onto PERB) where I saw various different girls . I have just resently started seeing some independents who I have reviewed . Now the thing I have come to realize that the pricing for GFE is basically the same but you seem to get more from the independents (MSOG for one).I want to point out that I haven't had any bad sessions (certainly some better than others)with any of the girls at the MP,s and have never really felt rushed but I have only went over the hour once maybe twice (50 min and out the door on average).While I have luckily never had a bad session I would have to say that my best session at an MP was at best only equal to my worst session with an independent . This has me wondering (other than wanting to see some of the many hot woman) whether I can go back to a MP know.

The thing with the local gals at the mps.. you can establish a rapport with them over time. It'll turn into something better over time than you'd ever get from a visiting gal.

Just to make something a bit clearer, just because a girl in an indy (independant) does not mean she is "visiting". There are plenty of indy girls that live in Edmonton. You can easily build a rapport with an indy girl just as a girl from an mp.

Indy girls probably value the customer more because such as an independant store owner as compared to a big store, the difference is "customer service". The indy wants you to come back and see them again, and is more likely to try harder. Not to say that mp girls don't try hard, but indy girls tend to rely more on giving good service to get repeats.

MP attendants are charged an hourly room fee. If they go over the hour, they owe another hourly fee, or at least a portion thereof. MP owners and managers police this quite rigorously ( some MPs more than others ) as that is how they make their money. If a pooner pays up front or agrees to a price at the outset and then goes over the hour, it is unlikely that the SP will collect the extra room fee from the client and that money comes directly out of her money. An indy on the other hand pays a flat agency fee and if she doesn't have another client booked right after, there is no consequence to going over the hour. It is totally justified and understandable why MP SPs want the pooner out after fifty minutes.

I only go to certain MPs for a $$ FS session where a provider often throws in the only GFE extra that I care for, namely DATY. A MP SP can charge whatever she wants but when she tries selling me on safe GFE for $$$, that to me is poor VFM. You are right on the money, crazybuddy, for this type of session the touring SPs provide the service that, at least for me, justifies the rate.

there are many independent ladies who are local..and their service is second to none. they also provide outcall while many of the visiting ladies do not.

the economic times are getting worse, money is tight for many. i do not see why visiting ladies are so..excuse choice of words..attractive to the edmonton pooner. when they visit:

- they pay for their hotel
- they frequent local restaurants
- they may shop

but the majority of their income goes with them to their home city and is spent there.

local ladies spend their income in the local economy. they contribute to job stability and economic growth in our cities. local pooners are asking for price reductions buy they pay the visiting ladies whatever they ask...using the need for variety as the excuse...you cannot have it both ways.

the ladies who live here, and whom you see on a regular basis, need your patronage whenever you can afford it. visitors may stop visiting but they will return when the economy turns around. a local lady who leaves the industry because she cannot make a go of it will possibly be gone forever. she may be that one who treated you so well in the past...the one you developed a rapport with.

i have cut back on my pooning for various reasons. but i have decided that whenever i indulge in the hobby again i will only meet with a local SP. i think that would be a good practice for all pooners who live here to adopt during these trying economic times.

as always, it is up to the ladies to ask for a donation that allows them to continue to operate in the market place.

Ok so who are the local independents , Calgary seems to have alot but there doesn't seem to be alot of variety in Edmonton (keeping in mind I have very little interest in outcall) going thru over 10 pages in the advertising and over 10 in the Edmonton section I saw 1 real ad .

For the local independants, probably your best bet is to consult sources such as the local version of Craig's List. Calgary and Edmonton city councils have taken different views of how to handle the trade and that may be the reason you find such a discrepancy in the advertising methods. I am not really up on why they do what in each city, so that may be better for someone else to comment on.

Be forewarned that there are many girls that are running scams on CL and you should take some time to learn to sort the good from the bad. Otherwise you will be soon parted from your hard earned money and you will have a very poor view of the independants.

Read, read, read, that is your best source of intel, and you will soon learn to tell the good from the bad. Probably most of the ads on there are designed to take your money with very poor and overpriced service or to get your credit card number for some nefarious activities. I suggest that almost any girl or ad that want a picture of you or your credit card number is a scam.

NEVER GIVE OUT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

I have found and continue to find ladies on CL that provide real and good services for reasonable pricing and I consider a lot of these ladies good VFM.

Read the ads and learn to tell the scams from the real ads. Send emails and examine the responses you get and soon you can tell the good ads from the bad ads.

Some of the independant girls are on PERB, but for the most part tend to be fairly discrete.

I had a session with a girl at an MP that will never be topped, an experience only possible with many visits, learning to understand and respect her boundaries and being patient for her to get comfortable with me.

MP's are more reliable for me, I can make same day appointments and adjust my schedule more convienently around the shifts. I have to make bookings a week or two in advance normally with visiting girls and I'm always worried I may not be able to honor them if I have work issues. I have had to cancel which I hate doing and then must wait months before I have an opportunity again. There are a few women who visit that are exceptional and I try to see them whenever I can. Most of my faves are local though and we have an excellent variety of girls here....personally I think the top two SP's are right here in our city.

But then I try to talk them into coming into the MP for a session.

I am dressed WAAAAAY sexier on an in call. And I always point out that I wash and dry them in the shower afterwards, something I dont do on an out call. So why would one want to pay more and get less on an out call compared to an in call.

The service I have received with the "local" indy girls that I see has been very good to great, and have had no issues with their service. In fact, I do not pay more to see a "local" indy girl, I pay the same or less as compared to an MP girl. Considering the superior service and the cost being the same or less as compared to an MP that I have received from a "local" indy girl, I feel very well looked after in every way.

That being said, there is certainly nothing wrong with the majority of MP girls as well. Sometimes I am not a fan of the high and narrow massage tables, some of the "house rules" and typically more restrictive services as compared to the "local" indy girls. In general, there is nothing wrong at all seeing an MP girl.

As far as April is concerned, I have found her to be a great SP in spirit, body and service. I really love my encounters with April and feel the service she provides to be quite superior, her personality is fantastic, and her pricing is very reasonable and consider her to be great VFM in my opinion.

As always, YMMV and your visit will not be the same as mine.

The "local" indy girls that I see in Edmonton or Calgary, I go and see them at their place and I don't mean a hotel. I am not talking about the "travelling indy girls" in this thread!

I would like to meet some local indy's but as I stated earlier I have been doing this for about a year and in that time I have found very little info on local indy's. Even CL has very few incall options and the ones that do have little to no info on here .

here's my 2cents worth. saw indy jackie whispers a few weeks ago. nice person but old and not too good looking. did the craiglist and met london, great attitude young and fresh, the talent in edmonton is not good unless from out of town. give josie a shot a bit older but well worth the cash . any better thoughts
