So I happened to be reading a new book I picked up the other day and let me tell you...Very Interesting Read...But Since I believe this pertains to some of this argument, I figured I would throw a quote out there for some of you, read and interpret at will...for myself I wont share my opinion, but it is very interesting none the less. So here is a excerpt from the book;

"Like other prostitutes of color, Chinese prostitutes were scattered all over the vast region. But the Chinese women faced one unique experience that no other group did: enslaved or forced prostitution. Debilitating social conditions in China led to the sale of daughters to procuring agents on the pretext that the young women could secure work or betrothal. Procurers also sometimes kidnapped and trafficked them to America for this sex trade". Encyclopedia of Prostitution and Sex Work By Melissa Hope Ditmore

I just thought since everyone likes to argue about this topic of Asian Micros, that maybe one should consider this is something that actually dates back quite a bit.

And so does slavery and forced prostitution of many other races throughout history.

Just for your info, abduction and forced prostitution of white females from Eastern European countries, exists just as much, if not more, than those of Asians. There's lots of literature and documentation to back that up as well.

I never said that it doesn't exist elsewhere, I was simply addressing the issue at hand at all with a bit of information. The book does however cover all aspects of past and present day sex trafficking though. Very interesting read I must say.

I know it also exists in many other areas of the world and I was not arguing that, but from what I can tell you can't resists starting an argument with someone can you? I am no longer interested in arguing with anyone here, I'd like to make points and offer some information I have come across is all.

A great movie to watch though is "human trafficking", I am sure many people have heard of it, but if not, rent it one of these days, its a great movie, I know it left me in tears.

I am just happy that I live a life where i have the choice.

However, you cannot post your site here. Another perb normal is that advertising is from paid advertisers (names are red, payment while difficult to accomplish must be done first). NO links to numbers or sites or limited info on where you are lol.

Unfortunately, people have been banned for providing contact info in their profile, even tho it isn't visible unless you go to view it.

And she could get into trouble if she doesn't go back and delete the link in her earlier post, plus those who quoted her should (as I did) delete the website from their posts. There is no point in providing opportunities for new members to get on line reprimands lol.
