How can you equate a barista with a MPA???
Now if I walked into my local Starbucks and they announced that for the good of the customers they stopped making espresso I would certainly be asking management for an explanation.
But I read the original post not as a demand that Legend's 'explain themselves' but more of an observation that they are quick to jump in whenever they are mentioned in a posting and it was odd how they didn't do that this time. Well until this posting.

The reality is that whether it is Starbucks or Legends, they do not have to explain why someone was let go. If you have a good relationship with that person, you are going to find out where they end up and move your business to that new location. End of story.
No they are not obligated by law to tell us why they let her go, but lets be clear, if you called Legends yesterday and asked for Dakota, the told you not that she doesn't work there any more, but that the FIRED her, for the good of the customers!!!!!!!
As a customer I personally felt compelled to ask a few more questions.
Every one who has an IQ over 80 (sorry MKSTEEL I didn't intentionally exclude you, but your 74 just don't cut it) knows that there are 3 sides to every story..... Legend's... Dakota's.... and the actual truth which is somewhere in the middle.
ONE MORE THING.... MKSTEEL can you advise me as to where either of my posts in this thread or in Dakota's thread addressed you or asked you a specific question??? Why do you feel compelled to jump in and express your irrelevant opinion everywhere....

well i for one have noticed that the quality of service and attitude and as well the quality in ladies at Legends have decreased dramtically in the past few months but by saying this it must be hard to stay at the top after setting the bar so high to begin with still some great ladies there but sadly Dakota was my favorite she will be sadly missed good luck sweety
