Why don't SP's like communicating via email?

I have not found that to be the case AFTER you get to know the SP. I do lots of my bookings and communication via e-mail. I think that the problem would be if you had a stalker or abusive client or just a miserable person get hold of your e -e-mail address they could be a real pain. similar actions via phone are illegal and the phone company/ le will take action more readily. In part it is up to the pooner to offer an e-mail address first, like most SPs do not like to askfor and use a phone number.
le considers email threats/cyber threats just as serious as voice mail and over the phone. You do have a point about communication after you know the SP though. It is just the inital contact via email that is hard to achive.
It's too bad if the SP thinks its a WOT...but who knows, maybe there are a lot of time wasters out there?

i much prefer email actually
i tend to do most of my communication via email...i much prefer it...i can be sitting anywhere and typing away booking clients etc while i'm feel somewhat limited bi the phone...

I leave it up to the client
As for myself, I leave it up to the client. They are more than welcome to email or call on my direct line or call the MP. Whatever they are most comfortable with. What I prefer, well, all three of them works for me.
