Every detail would be taken into account from Assets/Liabilities, Capital Assets, Tangible Assets, Liquidity, Long term/Short Term investments, Forcasts, Profits, etc, etc, etc....
With all of that said, kudos to those ladies for building a business that was strong enough to be sold at a price they were obviously happy with. What's done is done and what does it matter to anyone what cost it was sold for.
You either like the girls and/or studio or you dont. If you don't, then I'm sure you're very happy with the studio(s) you frequent. If you like Legends, then you'll keep occupying. Bashing appears pedomorphic and green which I'm sure is not the image you're trying to give.

No matter what side you're sitting on they deserve congrats. They sold it and all staff remain with a full line up intact. And even if you're sitting on the side that thinks its a BS deal, or scam, or whatever else you believe.... Well then they deserve a congrats even more so.

this whole Thread has provided me with SECONDS of amusement because:
1. It has long been rumored that I am the Owner. I guess now I am buying it from myself.
2. Another belief is that I am at Legends all the time. I quit frequenting MP's a year ago and most of my Pooning is Escorting. If you check my last 25 reviews you will see that and very few have anything to do with Legends.
3. I feel no commitment to defend Legends. IMHO it is the best MP experience followed by 50th Street because that is where the SP's I like reside.
4. It is well known that Nikita was my ATF and I have no intention of defending her either. She has proven herself above reproach and I do not intend to argue with anybody about that. You cannot argue with someone else about their opinion. They are entitled to it. It has equal weight to eveyone else's opinion. The key in the Hobby Pursuit is picking the most reliable Reviews. Don't single out any one Reviewer and eliminate any MP because an SP or two has not lived up to your expectations.
5. When the sale of Legends ocurrs I assume it will be based on Legends ability to make profit not just the assets that support that ability. In any event I think the eventual sale will be a WIN - WIN. Both the Vendors - Nikita/Ariel - two very good friends, will get rewarded and the new owner(s) will continue to earn a significant return.
6. I am on PERB to find the SP's that I want to see. In return I provide as much Intel as I can. I do not come to the Board for Banter or to see who I flame today. That activity is easy to identify and ignore. It is nothing more than clutter in my pursuit of the Best of the Best.
7. My reviews are simply my Opinion. I have no intention of defending them and take no offense when someone disagrees. In the long run, they are simply one of the clues to deciding on who PERBerts will see. Personnally, I enjoy Wolverine's Reviews best and we have always enjoyed many Great SP's from each others' comments.

Well, if anybody is REALLY curious as to who purchased Legends, all you would have to do is go down to your local Registeries office and do a corporate title search once all of the paperwork has been completed...
For a mere $25 or so, we would have the answer that everyone has been looking for....(who the new owner really is !)

Guys, who really f****** cares? The same girls are there. If you like the place by all means pop by, if not move on there are tons of places I'm sure one will satisfy you. I don't see what the big deal is here? If it's bought, it's bought. If it's not, it's not. LOL If somone actually goes out of there way to spend that $25 and do all the corporate bullshit search or whatever, then I'm sorry but quite frankly YOU HAVE TOO MUCH TIME ON YOUR HANDS.
