Don’t make this mistake. I thought the same thing a few months ago and my review was almost the same as this. Horrible experience. Ok... I don't know who the rest of you are talking about, but I had one of THE BEST experiences with Viola! Booking with her was as simple as texting her. When I first texted her, I introduced myself, telling her a little about me and asked about her availability for the evening I was going to be in town. Less than 10 minutes later she responded back that she was available and we set the appointment.
