A little self help also goes a long way for free! Lacross ball between wall and back, works the knocks out. I use a tennis ball, I'm old. Biofreeze on back from your local drug store, since I don't have a significant other, I get the magic appilicator from local drug store. Think applying sun screen lotion to your back by yourself, they sell them at your local drug store. I take a couple Advil , the magic happens, no pain! I go see my local Spa or Asian Spa. yes .. same as any other massage but it’s not happy ending as they will kick you out if you even mention it.
