What do you mean by this - did you coordinate a time and then bail when you got there? I'm setting something up to TOFTT, but obviously if there's a risk of me driving up and seeing a bunch of dudes hanging around outside of the incall that's kind of in the middle of nowhere, I may not bother.

Looks like this one is a scam. We set up a time, and then the night before she asked me to send her money for an Uber so she could get to her incall.
