it appears that SIM @ Riza was getting many complaints and has been less than receptive on providing service so according to SIM and Riza she has "new" rules:



- Riza says and admits that SIM uses these "new" rules to sway clients who are expecting the services offered and them SIM doesnt deliver

any thoughts on anyone who may have seen SIM and the experience they had ?

Seems like the objective is to filter perb users, therefore I wouldn't qualify this move as not smart
