Total SCAM -Wants deposit
hello Bret3456, a deposit does not always mean scam. (Gift cards do...) Some sp's use it as insurance to guarantee commitment, and it weeds out people just testing the waters. I get it if guys are nervous but sometimes it's legit.

I just hooked up with a nice provider in Vancouver on Friday through Tryst. (All Tryst women are verified) A 25% e-transfer deposit was required for first timers. It worked out really well, I'll probably see her again.

You're both right.

Yes, a deposit is used to scam people. But that's only if you give a deposit without vetting the provider you plan on seeing. If you're responding to an ad, and she asks for a deposit, then it's your job to do some due diligence and see if she is even real. Look up her reviews on sites like PERB; and as you read the reviews, look at the profile of who's writing the review. If it's an account that is quite active, you could take it more seriously than an account that was created on the same day as the ad itself.

Or visit their private website (note how well put together it is, and the photos are done professionally), or their social media account see how active they are.

Then there's the "Onlyfans Scam"... where they'll say they'll be down to meet if you subscribe. And realize it's either a dummy account making you become one of the 10,000 people who gave her $3/month to see a bunch of nudes but no method on meeting up.
