All women are beautiful in their own way, but I find stretch marks to be a turn off. Is there a maximum people would be willing to pay an SP before you decide that a woman with stretch marks is not worth it? Mine would be $300 / hr max.

Oof... Stretch marks are normal and pretty much everyone has them. I really hope you can get over this.
