I stopped by once not to long ago to check the place out. Haven’t stayed for a session but met a couple girls there.
No showers but the place appears to be clean and they have those nice wide, soft bed like tables.

Ive met Anna and Una.
Una works at another shop, pm me for details.

Anna probably late 20’s and appeared slim under the loose fitting dress she was wearing but couldn’t get a good view of her body.

I haven't seen Ella/Ako in over a month and a half, so I’m not up to date with her recent pairings. I agree with you that her ad mentioned that, but I also think her accent sounds Vietnamese.
