Thanks! Cleared up that mystery for me, I hadn't heard of this "service" before, I guess it's for people who'd like SPs dolled up.

Not really about being dolled up, i mean about literally tearing them off (destroying them). But if it's a Chinese ad, they may not actually understand that's the way it's supposed to go so I would clarify before tearing an SPs clothes lol... just saying that because offering it for free.. i mean you would be buying those by the case lol

Although I think a few shops offered free stocking service for a period of time. I guess it just didn't catch on.
