Hopefully not one of the same ones that just approved a "no barrier" shelter for drug addicts and their dealers to hang out at.

I'm not keen on opening the "is hard drug decriminalization moral or immoral" debate here, just suggesting that some politicians are hypocrites when it comes to defining what constitutes exploitation or danger to the community.
Perhaps they crack down on the smaller issue as a way of making up for their decision when it comes to the bigger one. (Insincere "make-up calls" are not just a thing NHL referees do.)

Just so not everyone is confused. Swan the organization and Swan Lake are 2 entirely different things. Swan Lake has not been in news. Dont think the parlours that had the Inspection has been revealed.

I spoke w Tina over txt . So far they’ve shown up to harass her 4 times since this began .

Not that I am aware of.
I doubt it’s gotten that far yet , something tells me they will attempt to take action without arrests as stage one .
If they can not get co operation or make progress then arrests could be part of stage two .

Arrests are never 👎🏻 made vis a vis bylaw infractions. Simply fines. It’s exactly 👍🏻 the same as getting a parking ticket. If, as or when you get too many parking 🅿 tickets 🎫 they MIGHT tow your car 🚙 in order to ENCOURAGE payment of the ticket 🎫
