To be fair ,the medical community had a ton of warnings and scary predictions last yr as well and pretty much nothing happened. So it’s hard to know what to believe anymore.

You can see this in any current medical journal which will note the new variants are in a spreading phase.
To be equally as fair the medical community will continue to alert people to the fact there is a global pandemic amongst the Earth's Population and much happened and will continue to happen.
But as is so common, its 'old news' in the same way as the daily mass shootings in the states has made everyone numb and news aren't that interested in covering the same thing ... over and over again.
The October booster shots will encompass some new tech to try to counter some of the mutations.
((and I can just hear the tin foil hat crew claiming its all new Bill Gates microchips))
Vaccine versions (assuming those do more good than harm) will never catch up to the rate of viral mutation, unless the human body starts mutating too.

I don't want virus to enter my body without my permission, so I let govt to inject it with my permission forcefully lol. I would like to see news/video or anything where pfizer or Moderna claiming that it stops spread.
Well this is the case with seasonal flus also. It's why people can still catch a cold while having gotten the flu shot. Cold are just another variant of a flu.
