Watch out for this one.
They advertise online texts with doctors.
After entering the site there's a notice that a $2 fee is necessary to text with a doctor.
ZERO mention of any other charge.
So I used a card for the $2 and texted with a doc.
A pop-up came saying I could have a phone call with the doctor for $71 which I declined.
After my texts with the doctor I advised I wanted to cancel my membership.
They then printed charges of $68 which is total bullshit.
I never saw or agreed to anything beyond the $2.
I'm fighting this..in fact there's no f...g way I will pay more than $2.
Do not use Telus health virtual clinic they're ratbag scumsucking scammers.

Complain to the CRTC about false advertising and hidden charges. Keep all the texts!

The worst is when u see someone in the morning , and you are sick and anxious to get a rx, but they don’t fax it over to your pharmacy until the next day. With built in fax documents in EMRs nowadays, waiting til the next day is unacceptable . Just hit the “ enter “ button for crying out loud .
