Has anybody seen a short local / traveling SP? I'm talking around 4' tall or shorter than your typical short girl. I've been blessed with the opportunity to tick off most things in my fucket list except for this one, anybody have any recommendations or stories they like to share?

Nah my man 5'1" is the shortest SP I've seen, I'm looking for even shorter than that.
I know Shanti is super short. Very short ebony and thick in the right places if that’s what you’re into. She’s really nice and gives a decent service. She enjoys giving oral as my visit with her in the past. But haven’t seen her in maybe just under a year. Hope that kinda helps.

Lexilou comes and goes. She tops out at 5ft, maybe 100 lbs after Christmas. She has a better body than most 20 year olds but the experience of a 40 year old.

If this is your fetish then go for it. But, as a warning I have had 2 experiences with things like this and they were both kind of disturbing. They both involve a buddy of mine who always joked about wanting to be with a midget ( I know that's not PC but at the time nobody made a stink about it). One of the strip clubs in town advertised a midget stripper so we went. He giggled through the whole show, she danced to little red riding hood. I had to look away once she was naked.
