Just my observation from a few recent reviews I've read:
Positive review - couple responses, usually "Thanks" or "Yeah, saw her too, totally agree".
Negative review - DOZEN+ responses, majority just slagging the SW (majority from people who have never seen her).
So, I can see why there might be a greater number of negative reviews - just like Amazon or other forums, people are more prone to come online to report a negative experience than they are a positive experience. What I don't get is why people have to pile onto negative reviews so much more than positive ones (just from a quick skim of YYJ & YVR, look at # responses for reviews).
And we wonder why SW's hate these boards... (but go on, call me a "white knight")
