Lingo is a little off in the Ad, 100% real photo is a red flag for me when you can just get verified. My instincts tell me you'll find a cold women in a hotel room hoping you'll oblige cause you're all ready there.

No I am hoping someone might know of her or have some advice to consider. I have limited experience. All I meant was in the past I have seen well known reputable girls. Not ones where there was much risk of it bring a scam or bad experience.

Fair enough. That ad has lots of red flags (like probably 90% of Leolist ads): language and grammar are not good (you don't want a university professor but some basics are always a good indication that you're dealing with someone serious and professional); pictures show her face, which reputable SPs don't usually do (some do, but it's not really the norm, and the ones who do, everybody knows so somebody would tell you); outcall is never a good idea for an unknown SP (potentially, next step could be them asking you for a "deposit" that you'll never see again or them knowing your address and trying to extort you); there's no information of her anywhere so obviously she's not known let alone reputable (I don't know where you found that review you mention but I can't find it, but regardless, one review is never enough.) And this one is never obvious or easy to assess but if it looks too good to be true, it's probably too good to be true.

If you don't have enough experience to recognize scam ads, stick to agencies and Tryst.link.
