Been in the game for about 2 years now and the talent out there is either too hard to find (TOFTT one too many times), talented but have poor attitude, or have left the industry.
I'm at a point where all I would like from an SP is an honest to God quality bj. Someone who enjoys what they do and won't back down from a challenge, someone who is engaging and service oriented. Someone that is easy to book with and is consistent in performance.
BNGs are hardly advertised, the ones that do are either; too far away, mechanical/bad service, clock watchers/in a rush, or extremely flakey.
I don't mind paying for hh or even h services as long as I find what I am looking for. I've gone for the budget ones and haven't enjoyed them, and I've gone for $$$ providers but a great bbj is always missing (and I bust too fast in FS with high quality providers which makes it not worth my money unfortunately).
Besides an amazing bbj, preferences are minimal in that I don't care how old or young, how tall or short, how skinny or chubby, what race or languages are spoken. Preferrably in van, richmond, or burnaby. Willing to drive further out if the talent is worth it. If they provide CIM, even better! Budget is debatable but if everything checks out I'd be willing to part with 2 browns at a time. Don't care if it's a private incall location, massage parlour, or through an agency.
All I'm looking for is to have juniors world rocked with the best mouth in town.
