Hi all.
Just looking to see if there any any legit Cougar dating apps in the Vancouver area. I looked up a couple but wasn’t sure if they were legit or not. Looking for something simple to use like Bumble or Tinder. The previously mentioned are good, but I’m looking for cougar casual connections.

But bringing up the cougar scene, there have been good ones in the lower mainland over the years. I particularly remember the Coach House bar in North Van. The hot 40-50 crowd of women would show up there in droves.

There are some nuances here. An easy acquaintance in a bar has been considered the standard for a long time, but the world is not changing for the better, as for me. I would rather meet in a special place like Maturetenders. Chat a little, see a photo ... You will have real consent to a date, which will be recorded. Yes, it sounds idiotic .. I myself understand it clearly .. but .. this fact gives more confidence for men. I've seen too many accusations from scratch for guys lately. So it is better to use a discreet dating approach now (unless you are using a professional for sex)

Since you are located in Victoria, you might know this one. Clive's Classic Lounge inside Chateau Victoria Hotel. This was pre-covid so I don't know how it is now but it was cougar central few years back and I had fun.

Better to go on tinder or I like said, scout out hotel lounges. Also, from my experience, as with anything else, your appearance matters a lot. Just because they are older doesn't mean that they will bang any young guy.

I agree that maturetenders looks hinky - Norfex Holdings noted on that site seems to be some offshore international marketing outfit.
For the online meetups, my go to is POF. It works albeit with some effort.
But I still love that 'thrill of the hunt' in a lounge, a park, a grocery store ...
