How long is it before you are not a "New Member"

Been a member for 12 years, is it by posts, new posts, time or all three?

Mine changed to "Active member" all by itself.
If this is like boards of the past, Paid advertisers can change theirs

When I click on your names it seems to show that a member has sent less than 100 messages, an active member over 100, and a Well-known member over 1000 messages.
