To be clear: I believe Throppled is referring to the provider who is –not– Diamond Plein. I've visited Diamond and can report that setting up the appointment was quick, easy and pleasant. She was very happy to reply to all of my questions. Granted, I called her to initiate the conversation. All of the favourable reviews that I have read that are linked to this thread are accurate.
