I do not know if she is "worstest lawyer" ever, but she is definitely the hottest I have seen in a long time. If she was advertising on LL I would be responding the same day!

That is what so great about this site. I could not make such a post on any of the other sites I visit - I would be accused of objectifying women. That is what this site is all about lol.

Have you checked her photos on modelmayhem and such? That law school can be expensive, understandably she looked for extra income.

I had a hotter lawyer in the past year though. For less than the going LL rates (after the discount she offered), which made me wonder.

As for "the worstest lawyer", I agree with the judge the accusation is so silly it cannot be damaging. It's like an obvious troll review on PERB, people cannot take it seriously.

Not from her perspective. She wanted the review removed, but the judge didn't agree to issue that order.

PERB is a rare place where DNR is allowed! On Yelp, there is no such thing as DNR either. Businesses have to suck it up, whether they want to be reviewed at all or not.

The firm is called Acumen, if you look at the google reviews there are a lot of negative 1 star reviews from other people. But every business gets those kinds of reviews. You either get 5 stars this restaurant was awesome, or 1 star they gave me cold food waiter was rude never coming back. Or you get the 3 star in between review where everything was average.

I don't think the review particularly is defamatory, and it was foolish of the lawyer to try and sue over that. She wanted 15k for a bad review...
