I saw Shayla years ago and she continues to use the same photos. Keep in mind I haven't seen her in about 5 years so take what I have to say with a cup of salt (grain was too small). Back then she was heavier than her pics. I can't imagine that she would have gotten skinnier or she probably would have updated her photos. Back then her service level was really poor and she was more interested in rushing you out the door than servicing you.
I know that's not any current information but perhaps someone else with current info can chime in.
