Can agencies or massage places provide references or only independent SPs?

When I go to an agency and see an incall girl, the downside is I can't contact the girls directly for a reference if another SP requires it

I’ve not heard of an agency that explicitly states they will not provide references, however I’ve found that more often or not they take forever to respond to a request (if they do at all). You can always mention to the phone admin that you’d like it noted on your contact file that you have given permission for them to give you a reference.

Lots of providers do have alternative screening methods as well, if you ask.

I had an SP in Toronto deny seeing me even after I provided my Perb handle and she was unable to get in touch with previous SPs I've seen. No big deal, as I ended up seeing someone else that was more than accommodating and fun. Too many fish in the sea to let one ruin your chance of fun

It's hard to imagine how a typical storefront massage place could provide references. Clients walk in off the street, pay cash, get service from whomever, and walk out again. How would an AMP and an inquiring SP even reach a common understanding of who they are talking about?

I’ve had a case where the gent didn’t tell me, and the reference request went to an old email account I only check a few times a year.

Yup.

It was a case where the Toronto SP couldn't get in touch with the Vancouver one and refused to see me after I gave her any other info she required to make sure I wasn't some freak. It was a bit disappointing but I get it, cause there was nothing I could do at that point.

I had a SP refuse simply because I won't text from cell phone (I use a text app) despite me providing multiple references
However, I haven't had a SP has asked for a reference so far yet too

what does a reference report look like anyways? Is it like a short memo saying "I confirm I met _____ in July 20__. He was respectful and pleasant"

ideally, to me, a reference requires some detail that assures me the provider certainly has seen and remembers the gentleman. Too many times have I received a response that was just "He's great" that gives me no information relevant to the type of date he is. Some providers may think that's acceptable, for me, it tells me theres a good chance she doesn't remember you because she saw you once, but doesn't want to risk alienating a client, has a bad "assistant" that does this for all reference requests thinking it makes her look good, or generally that's about all she can say about you after multiple visits because you show up do the deed and leave money on the dresser.
I once got a "he's great" from one reference and a "he fell in love with me after less then 5 visits and made me super uncomfortable with his behaviour on our last date, I will not see him again" when I went back to ask the first reference if there had been any hint of this sort of thing during their time together, she admitted she couldn't remember him.... references are for keeping us safe at a bare minimum, not to keep the providers cash flow up.

How long would you need a reference to be? I'm getting nervous thinking about my report cards now...
