Riza's place is NOT an agency....
She only offers a place for the girls to work.
The girls set their prices and services they offer.
do a search on Leolist for Richmond and you will find them.
I make an awesome pumpkin pie.... just the right amount of spice and grand marnier in the whipped cream topping (orange and pumpkin go well together)
the Brussels Sprouts with bacon and chestnut is awesome as well, New England recipe
of course if you wanted something from the Philippines I could bring my tomato, tarragon, brandy sauced Lobster dish is to die for....

Highly doubt that''s the case.
Read some posts from Riza that she was concerned about going overtime, etc.
Anybody who''s been to Riza''s operation would agree that Riza is making $ from having girls work for her.
Not saying anything wrong with that. Justdon't understand why trying to make it sounds different than what it is.
There is a difference between agencies that run all your advertising, marketing, bookings etc. And places that just charge girls room fees. I'm not sure if anyone remembers or used the place around King George and 64th that was like this. Some girls would rent a room for the day to work from others like me would take girls that only did outcalls there and pay the $30 hour fee. If riza is only taking a cut for using the rooms then it's not really an agency.

to be a top provider, presumably there is a combination of sensuality, wild lust, feminine charm, gentleness, which is tweaked depending on the session. with certain pooners maybe even a polite submissive side or take charge slightly dominant side
it would be extremely difficult to cultivate the submissive, feminine charm aspects and remain a competent business manager
in many cases with troublesome clients I suspect you would need an assertive business side to handle certain situations, point being that it might be quite difficult meet the requirements of a competent entrepreneur as well as sweet gentle provider
most business people/managers who are really nice people will often lament as too how much they get taken advantage of, or how often they get cheated or pushed around
must be a difficult balance in this business to be a provider as well as a manager, we should all respect the fact that many of these women in this type of situation are sincerely trying to do their best with a difficult job wearing both hats

of course that would presume I needed brownie points however since I treat people with respect, pay a decent tip, compliment the providers, bring the occasional thoughtful gift. I seem to get more than adequate service, in fact I tend to get great service so why would I need perb brownie points....

Have heard of her but have never met or talked to her. I also don't headhunt so chances are I will never meet her. You never know, maybe someday she is looking for a change and contacts me.
Any yvrvisitor I posted about the going overtime because guys were taking advantage of Eve and then would create a chain of events causing conflicts then there would be posts because of watching the clock because she is behind schedule. She has time between but two 15 minute guests in a row that go 15-30 min over each throws anyone's schedule into disarray.
Have you seen Lily lately? Last time I saw her she had several restrictions in place,and IMO she would have to go back to providing more service to make her a good SP. Agree in that it would be nice to see her in a different environment than a MP,if she would open up.
The other month at New Star. Very restrictive, lacking and a clock watcher now. She's quitting the business it looks like. Good on her.
