PH means penthouse, usually referring to the Asian run shops. Be careful as some have a reputation of posting a hot photo on the ad only to do a bait and switch with an ugly 40s "auntie" when you arrive. I have used one in Richmond (forgot name) and one in Burnaby (5890) and they are both legit.

DT means downtown vancouver.
