some of the Asian spa providers will have someone working for them who has a legitimate acupuncture certificate and will list this service as one of their offerings

they will have certificates framed on the wall typically and often the certificate holder no longer works there or just part time

they will give you a receipt for medical insurance purposes written up to indicate acupuncture treatment even if you just had a massage

of course this is insurance fraud but from an information perspective there are places like this in this area,

I would never recommend someone deliberately commit fraud but some of you guys out there might end up booking an acupuncture session and due to language difficulties end up with a therapeutic Asian massage instead.... who knows what happens behind closed doors
