Probably took it down themselves, who knows if it will be back. They have almost no ad revenue, and very posts so it wouldn't surprise me if it was gone.

Actually, it was starting to be quite busy.As for ad revenue,I suppose that would be because advertising was free for the ladies!

I gave that answer without checking for other clues, stand corrected. It's just a costs/maintenance issue. Somebody would have to pay to keep the site name and possibly for hosting as well.

Smaller boards eventually fall by the waste side. How many have we seen vanish the past few years? C E R F, Van city ads and now B.C A/FUn.

I'm still a bit surprised why Perb doesn't have an app ?

I did a quick check and the domain expired as of friday. Looks like its a simple as someone not paying to renew the domain. Now as to why, could be oversight or as poonerboi stated that lack of revenue. I am going with poonerboi's explanation.

Regarding C e r f ...and ...Van cityads( I was in contact with the owner at the time ).....the main result was lack of revenue and traffic. Cant compete with the likes of Perb or Eros. Even Leo List now for that matter.
It boils down to cashola In the end.

Sites come and go, there have been many start and disappear in the past 15 years. Any and all of the folks posting elsewhere, including but not limited to thee BCAF crew are more than welcome back here. The only exception to that would be those banned in the past year for breaking the rules here, or those who deleted their accounts instead of being banned. We have been working hard to make PERB more inclusive and friendly, so I hope many of them return.
