I think it would be more like
Tant and lady use Bedroom A for half an hour at $70
Tant's friend and a lady use Bedroom B for half an hour at $70

Then they switch ladies and do it again.

There's extra value being provided here. The micro has a right to charge more. It's like that squirt of vanilla at Starbucks. Fake vanilla really doesn't cost that much.

I agree, but my point was that Starbucks charges extra for that squirt of vanilla because their customer's WANT that squirt of vanilla. It doesn't really cost them a significant amount more. It sucks when you're the customer, but the micro saw a perceived value and charged for it.

Now doing it to good repeat customers who are accustomed to previous prices - that's where I think their business skills are weak. But as an upsell to new customers - it is a PSE.
