Anyone having trouble with Perb on their smartphone?

So the last couple of months I've been noticing I can't access Perb on my smartphone unless I'm on a Wifi connection. When I try accessing it over the network it always says page not found. I know it's not my phone since I've used a couple of different devices during this time. Anyone else having this issue? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Lot's of threads about this already and both Rogers and Telus appear to be blocking Perb.
